  • 1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cups (8oz) Buholzer Brothers Brick Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Rye or Pumpernickel Bread or crackers


  1. In a mixer bowl, beat together the cream cheese and milk until fluffy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve with bread or crackers.
