Buholzer Brothers® Muenster-Dilla

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced thinly and cooked on the griddle until soft and set aside
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 3 slices of Buholzer Brothers® Muenster Cheese
  • 2 ounces of cooked beef brisket, shredded
  • 1 ounce pickled sliced jalapeño peppers
  • 1 small red sweet pepper, sliced
  • 1 green onion sliced thinly
  • 3 stalks of fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Place the flour tortilla on a work surface and top one half with three slices of Buholzer Brothers® Muenster
  2. Add the beef brisket on top of the cheese, along with the onions, jalapeños, red pepper, and green onion
  3. Fold the tortilla in half and place on a hot griddle turning over once the bottom is toasted and cook the other side
  4. Remove from griddle and cut into 3 or 4 pieces, plate, and sprinkle with cilantro 
  5. Serve warm with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and Odyssey® Sour Cream on the side
