Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 small yellow onion, sliced thinly and cooked on the griddle until soft and set aside
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 3 slices of Buholzer Brothers® Muenster Cheese
- 2 ounces of cooked beef brisket, shredded
- 1 ounce pickled sliced jalapeño peppers
- 1 small red sweet pepper, sliced
- 1 green onion sliced thinly
- 3 stalks of fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place the flour tortilla on a work surface and top one half with three slices of Buholzer Brothers® Muenster
- Add the beef brisket on top of the cheese, along with the onions, jalapeños, red pepper, and green onion
- Fold the tortilla in half and place on a hot griddle turning over once the bottom is toasted and cook the other side
- Remove from griddle and cut into 3 or 4 pieces, plate, and sprinkle with cilantro
- Serve warm with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and Odyssey® Sour Cream on the side
