- 1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 cups (8oz) Buholzer Brothers Brick Cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- Rye or Pumpernickel Bread or crackers
- In a mixer bowl, beat together the cream cheese and milk until fluffy.
- Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve with bread or crackers.
